MY NAME IS KENNET ROBERTSEN
I am a Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach based in London, UK.
I help people take back control of their health so that they can fit into those trousers at
the back of the wardrobe again. I want everyone to feel energised, healthy, sexy and proud
of their bodies. After all, you only have one life and you are meant to be out there enjoying
every second of it!
I developed an interest for nutrition years ago whilst I was training to get my BA (Hons) degree in Theatre Dance and become a professional dancer (Yes, it´s quite a sight when I bust a move on the dance floor!). In an environment where I exercised 8, 9, 10 hours per day, I was researching ways to optimise performance and recovery whilst also obtaining a physique that was both slim and strong. Now, I certainly don´t ever want my clients to exercise that much, but I discovered that combining food and exercise can truly give magical results. My own health and energy transformed at that point, and I have never looked back. During my dance degree I had extensive training in safe stretching, skeletal alignment, anatomy, fitness, nutrition and pilates, which I now use in my clinical practice.
I then realised I wanted to help others improve their health, and went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer with the British International Sports Medicine Academy, followed by three years of Nutritional Therapy studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I also specialise in Nutrigenomics and Genetic Testing after completing the extensive Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme with Lifecode Gx. In 2023 I qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor after studying with Drummond Education. I also hold a Health Coach certificate, allowing me to dive into habit change with my clients. I am a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a current member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Chartered Institute for Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
Every day I use my knowledge to support people just like you in reaching their ideal weight whilst rocking at life! I also do some pirouettes from time to time.

My coaching approach focuses on improving habits that will not only give you the results you are looking for, but also help you keep that weight off long-term.
